In order to meet the extreme requirements in industrial environments, MICROSENS offers a new generation of Industrial Ethernet devices now: Switches with IP 67 protection class. The IP 67 standard guarantees the complete dust tightness, splash water protection and resistance against temporary submersion into water.

These switches are designed for all applications in indoor and outdoor environments. Controlled environment conditions in terms of humidity or temperature is not necessary. This allows placing the switches closer to the application and special housings for protection are obsolete. The wide operating temperature range is from – 40 to +75°C.

The compact IP 67-Switches are having 5 or 8 Fast Ethernet ports with 10/100Base-TX depending on the relevant version. All ports are realised with the M12 connector technology.
